What if my site is already broken? Can you fix it?

Yes we can. We will review your site and determine what the issues are. We will then give you an approximate estimate as to what needs to be fixed and how long it will take to fix it.

What if I have not updated anything in months?

We will log into your website and perform a free audit before you spend a dime. We will look out for potential problems and conflicts so that they can be addressed up front. In some cases, websites may not have been updated in months and may require some major fixes before upgrading to the latest version of WordPress, Divi and all the applicable plugins. We will provide you with a report and an estimate of what it will take to get your site fixed and updated before we sign you up for one of our maintenance plans.

How often do you run updates?

We will run standard updates once per month. If there is an important update to prevent security issues, we will address those right away. We often wait a week or two before implementing major WordPress or Divi updates so that all the bugs get ironed out first.

What if an update breaks my site?

The site is immediately rolled-back to the backup state taken prior to performing the update. The methods for this may vary in some cases. From there, you’ll be notified of the issue. The majority of issues are addressed within the cost of the plan, however, custom plugins, issues introduced by users, or especially time-consuming issues may be billable. We will notify you before charging anything to your account.

What if my plugin is no longer supported?

The plugin is still monitored for any issues. If no breaking changes or other issues are presented, it will remain on the site. We frequently encounter plugins with a variety of issues; in such cases, the customer is notified of better (and up-to-date) alternatives.

Only 30 minutes of SEO and Speed Optimization?

We have found that many of our clients cannot afford to invest an extra $2000-$5000 upfront for SEO and Speed Optimization services. So we often coach and advise as to how they can do it incrementally over time. But even that takes a lot of time and investment. So we decided to help them by offering incremental services. Every month we can work on one important element at a time. In time you will improve your site speed and SEO without a major up front investment.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

No, we do not. Our support hours are 9AM – 5PM PST, Monday through Friday.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If at any time you feel like you haven’t received the service you signed up for, you will get your money back. This only goes back 30 days. We do not offer refunds for prior month’s services.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have no contracts. You are in full control of your subscription, and can cancel at any time.

What are my payment options?

Payment can be made using any major debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments will be automatically deducted on the first of the month. PayPal is currently not accepted on our platform for subscription based services.

What if I have multipe websites?

The fees mentioned above are per-site. At this time we do not offer discounts on multiple websites.

Do my hours rollover if unused?

Unfortunately not. Your development time must be used every month or it will be forfeited.

Getting Started

In order to bring you the best service possible, we will log into your website and perform a free review of your website before you spend a dime. We will look out for potential problems and conflicts so that they can be addressed up front.

In some cases, websites may not have been updated in months and may require some major fixes before upgrading to the latest version of WordPress, Divi and all the applicable plugins.

You will be asked to provide us administrator credentials so that we can log in and review all installations of WordPress, Divi, plugins and any customization that may have been done on the website.

If customization has been done on Divi’s parent theme files or you are running on Divi 2.3 or earlier, you will most likely require some major fixes before we can implement updates and start the maintenance plan. Please fill out the form below so we can get started.
